For 25 years, the clog trail "op weg naar de buren" has led from Arnhem via Wesel to Duisburg. The 142-kilometre hiking trail serves to connect the peoples of Germany and the Netherlands. And what could be more natural than to name the route after the clogs - the historical everyday object of the Lower Rhine region on both sides of the border.
