450 km of cycling in the footsteps of the Hanseatic League.

Since 2023, the 14 Hanseatic cities along the route can be experienced on the cross-border Hanseatic Cycle Route from Neuss to Harderwijk. The cycle route connects the Lower Rhine with the IJssel region: a fantastic and varied tour in terms of both landscape and cultural history. On 8 stages, you will immerse yourself in the Hanseatic past and experience the great connection between the Hanseatic cities on both sides of the border!
